The average price on a home in 80224 has decreased by $30,000 or 4%, this is mainly due to the higher number of homes sold over $1M in 2024 compared to 2025. The number of homes sold in the first quarter 2024 was 27, as compared to 29 for first quarter 2025. Demand has stayed pretty consistent in the area.
