This fun, family-friendly Halloween Costume Parade is back for its 5th year. The parade will start at 6163 E Oregon Place, then travel along S Leyden St., E Iowa Ave., S Kearney St, S Krameria Way, and E Mexico Ave, before returning to E Oregon Place. Put on a costume, bring a bag for trick-or-treating, and join the festivities. All are welcome!
